This Privacy Policy explains what data the OeziDev Ticket Bot (the "Bot") collects and how it is used.

1. Data We Collect

• Discord IDs: server (guild) IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, and user IDs required for the Bot to function.
• Ticket data: ticket metadata (who opened it, category, timestamps, who claimed/closed it) and, when enabled, message transcripts of ticket channels.
• Ratings: optional 1-5 star feedback submitted by users after a ticket is closed.
• OAuth data: when you log in to the web panel, we read your Discord username, avatar, and the list of servers you manage — only to show and configure those servers. We do not store your OAuth access token permanently.

2. How We Use Data

Data is used solely to operate the ticket system: creating channels, generating transcripts, showing statistics, and enforcing settings you configure. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

3. Storage & Retention

Data is stored on our own server in local files. Transcripts and ticket records are retained until deleted by a server administrator or by us. You may request deletion of your server's data at any time.

4. Third Parties

The Bot operates through the Discord platform and is subject to Discord's own Privacy Policy.

5. Your Rights

Server administrators may remove the Bot at any time, which stops all data collection for that server. To request deletion of stored data, contact us via the link below.

6. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
