By adding, using, or accessing the OeziDev Ticket Bot (the "Bot") and its web dashboard (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Description

The Bot provides a Discord support-ticket system with a web control panel. It is offered free of charge and as open-source software.

2. Acceptable Use

• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• You may not use the Bot for illegal activity, harassment, spam, or to abuse Discord's API.
• You are responsible for how you configure and operate the Bot within your own server.

3. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.

4. No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss or server disruption.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
